The home includes a wide variety of sleeping options including 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, a twin bed, sofa pull out bed, and toddler bed. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as 2 separate living room areas. One living room area includes a pool table and 75 in TV to enjoy movie nights or watch sporting events. House has 2 outdoor eating areas including a screened in porch and outdoor patio area with Gas Grill. The outside includes kids outdoor play yard, tire swing, fire pit, hammock and beautiful flowering trees. The home sits one block off the water with access to a semi private dock to access some of the best fishing areas available to both Lake Murray and the Saluda River. The dock does require a small $2 fee to be placed in a collection box for upkeep.
